On 27 and 28 February 2023, UnionBank Philippines had maintenance. Me and my friend cannot log in to our UB bank account.

After the days of maintenance, I can access my UB banking app again on my phone. But, found out, All my Money Gone in UnionBank Philippines. The total amount of P 725,000. I made a report to UnionBank Philippines. And they reply saying they are not responsible for the money lost in my account. Within my account, that total amount of P725,000 is not only my personal money. It is also some money from UB QuickLoan. UnionBank Philippines said to me, they will not be able to bring my personal money back into my account, but I still need to pay the loan. Weird things happened I didn’t know the UB Quick Loan money will be deposited on the day during the maintenance. I can’t access my UB account during those days of maintenance. And when the maintenance was finished, I found out many unauthorized transactions had been made from my UB account. Transferring all of my personal money and the quick loan money when I can’t access my UB account during the maintenance. And then UnionBank Philippines said they are not responsible for the lost of money?
